When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking. - Arthur Conan Doyle

A afternoon ride with the wind blowing at 19 mph out of the south!! A nice day a little cool in the 70's. I biked up but Sheryl was busy so biked alone stayed on the highway and stayed with the wind a ways and turned back home! I felt strong and still averaged good time!
