An early mornig ride very hot and humid an a slight breeze S- S-E. I had intended to ride a 30 mile ride. I had a scarry thing happen a truck blew a tire out right after he had passed me and the tire just went to bits , with flying rubber everywhere! It made me think what would have happened if I would have been beside him. Anyway I turned around and headed home, I didn't feel like finishing my ride.

Was an afternoon ride, Sheryl and I left from her house. Was pretty hot and we stopped at the Bartley Park and cooled off. We went on to Indianola and headed home a storm was on the way, we hopped we could beat it home! Just as it was it was just starting to blow and light rain when we pulled into town! yikes!! I headed home fast to avoid hail! Everybody was battening down the hatches when I got here!
